Eileen's Dittalini Salad

1 Package Dittalini Pasta (little tube pasta)
1 English Cucumber
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup chopped Fresh Dill
1 Cup Low fat Mayonnaise

In a large stock pot of boiling water, cook Dittalini until al dente.  Rinse and cool in a bowl.  Peel and Dice
cucumber.  In a large bowl add dittalini, cucumber, dill and low fat mayonnaise.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

This makes a large family size portion.
