Raspberry Bang Salad

3 Cups Baby Greens   1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple Chopped   1/4 cup mandarin oranges drained
1/2 Cup red grapes   1 Cup strawberries

In plastic container. place baby greens, add red pepper, pineapple, oranges, grapes and strawberries.

Raspberry Bang Dressing

2 Tablespoons dijon mustard   1/4 Cup Dark Balsamic vinegar
1/2 Cup seedless raspberry jam   1/4 Cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste    

In a food processor, add dijon mustard and vinegar.  Mix to blend.  Next add raspberry jam, slowly drizzle in olive oil and continue to mix until emulsified.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Use dressing sparingly, it has a wonderful sweet and tart  flavor.
