E-Z Strawberry Shortcake for 4 1/2 Cup cool Whip Split Biscuits in half. In a large bowl, mix strawberries and brown sugar. In a small bowl, mix cool whip and whipped cream together. In a pint size Glad plastic container, place 1/2 of biscuit. Top with 1 Cup strawberries and whipped cream. Cover and keep cold. ![]() |
